Update: ROM Scene Lighting Transition

To Our Valued Customers,

Just a few brief updates regarding the scene lighting transition from Havis to R·O·M:

    1. Production — The production line has been successfully moved from Warminster, PA to Belton, MO. As of this week, 85% of all lighting products are being built and shipped from R·O·M’s facility in Belton.
    2. Shipping — Beginning Monday, November 7th, customers will have the option to reduce shipping costs by palletizing scene lights with roll-up doors. However, please realize that the item(s) with the longest lead time will affect the pallet release from R·O·M.
    3. Ordering/Customer Service — Also beginning Monday, November 7th, R·O·M becomes the single point-of-contact for all lighting purchase orders. In addition, R·O·M is assuming all responsibility for customer service questions, order tracking, technical support, and warranty work. Please make a note of your R·O·M points-of-contact.
      • Western – AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, WA and Canadian provinces of BC, AB and SK
      • Southwest – AR, NM, OK and TX
      • Midwest – MO, IA, NE, KS, CO, WY and UT
      • Mid-Central – IL, MN, ND, SD, WI and Canadian province of MB
      • East Central – IN, MI, OH and Canadian province of ON
      • Southeast – FL, GA, SC and NC
      • South Central – AL, LA, MS, TN and KY
      • Northeast – CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV and Canadian provinces of NB, NL, NS, PE and QC
    4. Lead TimesR-O-M is increasing the lead time for scene lights during November and December. Please see the lead time schedule below:
      • November – 4 week lead time (scene lights only)
      • December – 3 week lead time (scene lights only)
      • January – 2 week lead time (scene lights only)
    5. PricingR·O·M is holding Havis pricing.
    6. Part IDs — 98% of all part IDs remain unchanged. R·O·M will provide an updated part ID list in the very near future.
