Prime Design Improves Customer Service; Adds Seven Territory Managers

West St. Paul, MN (March 3, 2014) – Prime Design, of West St. Paul, MN, is pleased to announce the addition of seven full-time Territory Managers as part of a recent Safe Fleet realignment.

“Territory Managers in our Safe Fleet Utility division are on the ground to provide a familiar face and full support for our entire portfolio of products,” said Don Fishel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Safe Fleet. “Adding seven territory managers will enhance the customer experience, from the first hello to service after the sale.”

Prime Design also hired an internal Distribution Coordinator to support the Territory Managers and help grow the dealer network.

And a redesigned, interactive website will be unveiled later this summer.

“We’re committed to making it easier for customers to engage with our products and brands,” said Fishel. “We want the customer experience to be seamless, whether they work face-to-face with our territory managers, or over the phone or internet with our internal customer service team, we are constantly looking for ways to improve.”

A list of the new Territory Managers and the states they cover is enclosed.

Commenting from the tradeshow floor at the 2014 Work Truck Show, Larry Hanudel, Territory Manager for Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and the province of Ontario notes, “I have really enjoyed meeting some of the dealers and distributors from my territory.  Prime Design builds a very solid product and I am very excited to support it.”

Prime Design Announces New Models for RAM ProMaster

West St. Paul, MN (March 2014) – In advance of the 2014 NTEA Work Truck Show, Prime Design, a Safe Fleet Brand, announces availability of more than 30 different ladder rack models to fit the seven new RAM ProMaster configurations.

“We have ladder racks that carry a 6-foot step ladder, a 40-foot extension ladder, and anything in between,” said Larry Bertrand, Prime Design Product Manager. “Since all of our ladder rack models are aluminum, this means drivers can carry more ladder weight compared to steel solutions.  It also means they don’t have to deal with the unsightly mess that rust leaves behind.”

Prime Design ladder racks optimize ergonomics through leverage, positioning and smooth, hydraulic assistance. This combination eliminates operators from having to climb on a tire or bumper – actions that can lead to an accident and recordable injuries.

Prime Design’s seven full-time territory managers work with customers to determine the best ladder rack model to meet their unique job requirements.

Several territory managers will be on hand March 5-7th, at the 2014 NTEA Work Truck Show in Indianapolis, IN.  Interested parties can meet territory managers in booth #2143 where they can also obtain a firsthand demonstration of the ladder rack.

“Safe Fleet and Prime Design are committed to reducing injuries and improving operator safety and productivity,” said Don Fishel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Safe Fleet.
